Wild Flower Honey (0.75 lbs)

The small-size jar of honey gathered by our own bees which are located near Rossland, British Columbia. The honey is unaltered and only coarsly filtered to retain the natural levels of local pollen. Honey will crystalize over time (dependent on temperature) and this is just fine to consume. However, if you wish to return it to is liquid state, put the container in a warm water bath. After a few hours the honey crystals will have melted. The interior temperature of active beehives is maintained by the bees at 35 degrees Celsius, so this temperature will not alter the natural enzymes present within the honey.
